VoltMU Refund Policy
- Definitions:
- “Account” means collectively the personal information and credentials used by users to access gold points, virtual items, and/or any communications systems on this website.
- “Licence” means the terms and conditions governing your use of gold points, virtual items, or services purchased from this website.
- “Virtual Items” means in-game virtual items that VoltMU delivers through use of the website store in exchange for gold points.
- “Unused Virtual Item” means a virtual item purchased from a designated virtual shop that is kept inside of an in-game mailbox and never withdrawn from it.
- “Gold Points” means virtual points that VoltMU makes available for purchase by users, valid for 30 calendar days.
- “Service” means collectively any online facilities, tools, services, or information that VoltMU makes available through the website either now or in the future.
- “Payment Information” means any details required for the purchase of gold points, including names, addresses, credit/debit card numbers, and bank account details.
- “Purchase Information” means any orders, invoices, confirmation emails, receipts, or similar documentation.
- “System” means any online communications infrastructure that VoltMU makes available through the website.
- “User/Users” means any third party that accesses the website and is not employed by VoltMU.
- “Website” means the website you are currently using, www.voltmu.com, and any subdomains.
- Refund Policy: This policy covers only faults that impair the use of the gold points.
- This policy does not cover issues arising from file incompatibility or minor mistakes in virtual items, such as spelling errors or graphical faults that do not result from data corruption.
- Gold points cannot be exchanged back into currency. Purchases of gold points sets are not refundable.
- If a purchased set of gold points is not exchanged into virtual items within 14 calendar days, it becomes invalid and cannot be refunded. Refund requests within this period are at the exclusive discretion of VoltMU management.
- If a virtual item contains faults upon receipt, you must inform VoltMU within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund equal to the purchase price. Notifications received after this period are at the discretion of VoltMU management.
- Accidental purchases due to technical faults in the payment system must be disputed with the respective payment processor. VoltMU is not responsible for any technical faults arising from payment processors.
- Any refunds issued may result in the suspension or termination of the respective account on the website.
